Most of the time a client spends chasing their lawyer is spent asking one question: where are we? Every one of those calls costs the office an interruption and costs the client a little confidence.
The client portal answers the question before it is asked. Your client signs in and sees their own matters, their own documents and their own account — live, in Arabic or English, on a phone if they prefer.
01
What the client sees
Each client sees only their own file, and only the parts you give them access to:
Their cases, with the activity recorded against each
Consultations
Projects and the tasks under them
Appointments — what has been agreed between the client and the office
Contracts and proposals
02
The money, without an email thread
Invoices, payment requests, payments received, credit notes and billed expenses are all visible, each one openable in full. The client can pull an account statement at any time, or have it sent to them — which removes the most common reason a finance email is ever written.
03
Documents to read or download
Files shared with the client can be previewed in the browser or downloaded. Nothing has to be attached to an email, and the client always has the current copy rather than whatever version reached their inbox last.
04
Notified the moment something happens
The portal sends push notifications, so a client learns of a development on their file when it happens instead of at the next phone call. They have an unread count and a notification list, exactly as they would in any application they already use.
05
It installs on the phone
The portal can be installed to a phone’s home screen and opened with a single tap, so following a case feels like opening an app — without you having to build, publish or maintain one.
06
Arabic and English, the client’s choice
The client switches the portal’s language themselves. An Egyptian client reads their file in Arabic; a foreign client or an in-house counsel abroad reads the same file in English. One portal, no duplicate work for the office.
07
Viewing and following, by design
The portal is deliberately read-only: the client follows the matter, they do not edit it. Nothing a client does can alter the office’s records, which keeps the file authoritative and the responsibility where it belongs.
Access is protected against password guessing — repeated failed sign-ins lock the account out — and you control which client has a portal login at all.
08
You can see what they saw
The office sees the client’s portal activity: when they signed in and what they looked at. Useful when a client says they were never told something, and useful for knowing which clients are actually engaged with their matters.
09
Inviting a client takes a moment
You create the login, copy the invitation — the portal link with the username and password — and send it. No onboarding, no installation, no training.
