Lawyers and clients in Egypt already live on WhatsApp. LexPro meets them there: the system links your office’s own WhatsApp number and sends from it, so a hearing alert or an invoice reminder arrives in the same thread as every other conversation your client has with you — no new app to install, nothing for anyone to learn.
Messages go out automatically from the work already recorded in LexPro. Nobody has to remember to send them, and nothing is sent until you link the phone.

Your office’s own number
You link the office phone once, from Settings, either by scanning a QR code or by entering a pairing code on the handset. From that moment every message the system sends comes from your number, under your office’s name on WhatsApp.
The settings screen shows the live link state at all times — linked and online, linked but offline, or not linked — so you are never guessing whether messages are going out. While the phone is unlinked, LexPro simply sends nothing. You can send a test message to any number to confirm delivery before relying on it.

Instant alerts when work is assigned
The moment a piece of work is given to a colleague, they are told on WhatsApp:
A hearing is assigned — the lawyer attending learns immediately, with the case and the date.
A task is assigned — with its due date.
A deadline is recorded — so an appeal period is never something only one person knows about.
A hearing report is filed — the case, the date, the court and the decision, sent on as soon as the attending lawyer writes it up.
That last one matters: the partner who could not attend learns the outcome the same hour, not at the end of the week.

Once a day, at a time you choose, each user receives their own digest — only their work, not the whole office:

The weekly summary
Once a week, on the day and at the hour you set, each user gets the seven days ahead: their hearings for the week and the tasks that fall due in it. Enough warning to move things while there is still time.

Invoice reminders
Every morning the system reviews invoices and sends WhatsApp reminders for those coming due and those already overdue. Collection stops depending on whether somebody remembered to chase, and the reminder reaches the client where they actually read it.

You decide what goes out
Every category above can be switched on or off, and the daily and weekly summaries have their own send times. Alerts follow the assignment, so each person receives their own work and no one is copied on the whole office. If you disconnect the phone, sending stops at once and the system tells you so.
